They are in NM now and they rebuild Ford/Autolite carbs. They  
rebuilt/replated/modified my OEM 4300D and it runs just fine.
 
The Edelbrock carbs do not fit the OEM Ford  manifolds.
 
If you decide to chang the manifold and carb to Edelbrock, Pony  Carbs will 
buy your 4300. Mustang purists crave the Autolites.
