Daryl,
There "should" be several tiny phillips headed screws holding the headliner frame to the roof.  It is one large but flimsy assy!

Headliner goes directly on roof, so scrape off old foam etc, sand rust if present, coat with Eastwood or Por-15, apply spray glue, new foam headliner, and reinstall trim! Simple....!  NOT!
