Quite a few people are now running these motors now (or rather, a stroker 514 
version), as Precision ProFormance has been selling this package for years.  
Yes, the bellhousing bolts right up if my memory is correct.   However it's a 
non-trivial installation, since the motor is longer than the 351C so it pushes 
the gearbox rearwards quite a bit.   Besides the obvious (exhaust, water 
plumbing, throttle cable etc.), transaxle mounts need to be changed, the back of 
the car has to be hacked a bit to accomodate the tail of the gearbox, and 
driveshafts are tweaked at a rather extreme angle, so CV joint driveshafts are 
recommended.

Bottom line--it can be done, and the results can be worthwhile, but bring 
money.   LOTS of money....
