[DeTomaso] wiper motor no workee

After taking the wiper motor half off the car and apart, it appears that the 
problem may be mechanical and may be a combination of the screw shaft being 
tight and the wiper motor being weak.  We were able to get the wipers to move 
but apparently under a lot of strain.  Work for another day 
Now just have to track down why the battery drains.  If it is a result of the 
radio or something else since it did not drain till we got the radio working.
