Yes, there is a huge difference if the headers are coated in and out.

My guess is (and its only a guess because I have NOT stuck my finger  
down there (go Larry!) to check) that it is still warm enough to heat  
oil if the filter is close enough.

David, is 520 enough? or do I need 545?
