The Mustang Depot has them for about $249 I believe.  They are on e-bay.  It's a 164T flywheel with 28oz inbalance.  Look for www.themustangdepot.com or TMD on ebay.

I'm also running a Centerforce clutch/pressure plate.

There are 2 small issues.  With the centerforce PP, the small plastic bellhousing inspection cover won't fit.  The tabs that hold it in place rub and it pops out.

Issue #2 - the bolt holes are threaded all the way in the flywheel.  The holes that line up to the pressure plate are SBC size - 3/8".  Normal SBC PP bolts are shoulder bolts.  They're not threaded all the way.  If you use SBC bolts, they bottom out on the shoulder before the PP is tight.  I used 2 washers and it is fine.  I probably should have gotten the proper bolts.
