I don't know what valve would do what you want, but be sure to  consider what 
might/will happen if/when you have a backfire in the  engine.
 
An ordinary PCV valve is really just a controller vacuum leak.  Also, the gas 
cap must be of the vacuum relief type. This type of gas cap will  open and 
let outside air into the gas tank when the tank pressure is below the  outside 
pressure. Any smog test station has a test set for verifying that the  gas cap 
vents correctly.
