[DeTomaso] [NPC] Please identify these old American cars

I have a friend that is doing some genealogy research and have come 
across pictures of some old taxis and would like to have them identified.

The last one may be hard to identify as the front is partly obscured by 
what appears to be the driver. That picture appears to have been taken 
during WW-II as the car is equipped with a wood gas generator. These 
were common as gasoline was rationed.
