[DeTomaso] Slave Cylinder Replaced, intermittent failure thereafter

I just replaced the slave cylinder and lever arm. After bleeding out all of the air it shifted better than ever. After 10 minutes friving the car would not go in gear with clutch depressed. I checked to see if there was any more air and there was not. I used the tubing with 2 inches of DOT 3 in a bottle etc. I did this several times and no ari was there.

Intermittently it shifts well but for the most part it feels like the shifter hits a "wall" in the mechanism. The master was fine before this all and it shifted better than ever briefly.

What do I do next? Can a small amount of air be stuck somewhere in the lines?
Thanks in advance.
