Hey Peter,

You don't have to be FUBAR to go that fast on a 2-lane road unless you are
also sharing that road with the public.

That is the beauty of the open road races. The road is 'closed' to the
public the day of the event and the police and the community and dept of
Transp. are all the real reason we can participate in this kind of
competition.
