[DeTomaso] Another one hops the pond

Norway has very high taxes on cars so they are genreraly very expensive her, 
but on cars ower 30 years old we have a spesial rule with zero taxes only 
VAT.
And the norwegian kroner is very high against the USD these days!  The oil 
is still pumping up from the North Sea and that helps too.

As an example, a new Volvo XC70 Cross Country cost about 115.000USD in 
Norway.
