Probably made in a place where that's close enough.... time to get out the 
grinder or the welder and make the thing fit a wrench you already own. 
Personally, I use a 1/2" drive ratchet & socket. Once done, you won't need to look for 
the special wrench or the knuckle-buster. Good luck and be sure to use 
anti-sieze on the threads; mine started out threaded 7/16-20, and wore out. So I 
tapped the bar to 1/2-20 and used a big allen bolt. Again, the thing wore out. 
With my recent harmonic balancer work, its now 5/8-18 and if this one goes away, 
I'll have to weld something on- the sides are getting too thin to retap again!
