have posted a picture of the rocker stud mounted valve spring compressor as  sold 
by Moroso/Summit/Jegs.
 
This is an "overcenter" type of lever used in the article on  changing valve 
springs on an assembled engine in the Jan 2008 issue of CarCraft  magazine. 
The overcenter action frees both hands when the spring is  compressed.
