[DeTomaso] Best valve spring compressor

If I had my druthers, I'druther use the air-operated style. However,
for on-the-engine work, I use this other style which allows me to pull
the keepers, retainer and spring without removing the head. Yes they
work on the Cleveland 4V head just fine. I've used it before to install
spring shims on a head rebuild long after the heads were installed on an
engine.
