Actually it is not that bad.

gear ratios (-2):
1:st is 2.23
2:nd is 1.47
3:rd is 1.04
4:th is 0.846
5:th is 0.705

Changing from a standard 4.22:1 ring gear to a 3.2:1, would give you the 
equivalent of:

1:st 2.23  * (3.2/4.22) = 1.69
2:nd 1.47  * (3.2/4.22) = 1.11
3:rd 1.04  * (3.2/4.22) = 0.79
4:th 0.846 * (3.2/4.22) = 0.64
5:th 0.705 * (3.2/4.22) = 0.53

So going from a 4.22 to a 3.2 would give you a first gear that is 
slightly shorter than 2:nd gear. I think that would probably be similar 
to first gear on a Diablo, which by the way can eat your clutch in no 
time flat :-)
