[DeTomaso] Replace Throttle Cable Procedure...

As part of the Pantera Repair and Maintenance manual at ProvaMo.com
I've recently written a procedure (and taken photos) to replace the throttle
cable.

I would like someone that has performed this procedure real recently to
review it and provide feedback/comments.
