[DeTomaso] Forged pistons and deck height

I'm looking for some flat forged pistons (floating pin) for stock stroke and
5,78" connecting rods. Ross Pistons has a set with 1,668" compression height
(art.no 80556) which will give a total height of 9,198". It's close to 351C
deck height (9,206"). Should I zero deck the block to 9,198" or keep it as
is or do someone know about any other flat forged pistons for floating pin?
