[DeTomaso] Dipstick length

Don't get too tricky in measuring; the proper length is NOT to be measured to 
the inside of the upper cup, simply from the open edge of the cup to the tip. 
No need to try and estimate the depth of the cup at the top. And FWIW, I've 
never seen a dipstick handle with yellow paint. Most are plain steel, some are 
orange painted and a few are chromed. Cheers- J Deryke
