Congratulations Gramps!!!

I think the home improvements stores - Home Depot, Lowe's, etc. - sell a
hard acrylic for window replacements now. It is somewhat scratch resistant
and a bunch cheaper than Lexan. Lexan comes in two types - HR (heat
resistant) or MR (scratch resistant). All of the plastics that I have seen
have more distortion than glass.

There's finally a new baby mad dawg  in the family....
   
  But first let me add that after the last Dukes-of-Hazard jump at Silver
State (mile 58) my rear window cracked (again). I hate that.  
   
  But the cage is now out and someone needs to remind grampa here what the
new stuff is that replaced plexiglass...someone wrote me a while back that
the material is allot stronger, very clear and is scratch resistant and
unlikely to ever crack in orr or track events. 
   
  PS -   JB and you other slackers can now call me GRAMPS for real....Baby
