Obviously just cobbled together.  Not such a bad idea really.  He just needs 
to be honest about what they are and a better eye for detail.  Hmmmmmm.

Neither have I, but if it sells, you'll probably see a lot more. Check the
vendor's other auctions and you can see he has figured out a way to apply
small photo-printed logos to old junky watches to make them "collectables".
