  Yes, the V-rated Hankook Ventus ST RH06 is available here (about $105 per tire). 
  But, Ventus does not make a comparable or suitably sized tire for the front of a narrow 
  bodied (non-flared) Pantera, so you would be forced to run a different manufacturer's tire on the front.
