Yes, Mike cc'd me. I haven't had time to respond in detail yet.
Since you can run in Alpha-N mode, I don't see why overlap is that big
of deal. The 112 lobe center EFI cam guys are trying to make mass air
or speed density systems behave. You don't have those limitations.
Kirby ran a circle track cam with 105 lobe centers and said IR EFI
tamed it right down. I think your stack height, combined with your
exhaust length will point us where we want to be on the cam. IIRC,
Mike chose the tall stacks to boost your mid range. If your are
looking for more power at the peak, you may want to shorten the
stacks.
