You know, of course, that if we see your Corvette at BBORR again, it's going
to get a John Deere sticker, right?

I hate Chebbies, I hate Corvettes (part of the new "be kind" to our
associates program) but how can we argue w/ the stats? Is this true?
30mpg???

I took my '03 A4 Coupe on a 3000+ mile road trip through NM, Co, and Texas.

Saw speeds from
15mph in the Rockies behind Winnebangos to 140mph cruising south of Santa
Fe. Average MPG
when I got home was 30.19 MPG. I have an '04 Z16 now (Le Mans Commemorative

Z06) I've been watching the mileage the last few days as I'm having to use
it as a daily driver. Looks like
22ish in stop and go city driving and 30ish on the highway. Took it to Big
Bend and ran it pretty hard for 700 miles. 150mph blasts west of Del Rio.
Averaged 28 MPG for the trip. Bone stock
examples will run low 12s and top out around 170. Mucho bang for the buck.
FWIW
Michael
