[DeTomaso] Speed at 7,000 R's with

Having the gears to go "whatever speed" -  shall we call this  
"spreadsheet top speed?" - and the power to pull to redline are two  
quite different things.

Not that a mighty Pantera couldn't do what my Miata has done . . . (  
never full throttle, bouncing off the revlimiter inside 1 mile)
