Absolutly right Michael....those "calculated HP & Speed" numbers look great but they don't take into account elevation, head winds, HEAT, road conditions....As an example my top end speed at SilverState (6,000 to 2500 feet) has always been about 10 mph UNDER what I can make at sea level....you can feel the loss.....same as guys at bonneville....salt conditions are rarely perfect and 'locking-up' the tires and staying straight is always a challenge...yea give me a Baby Butt smooth test road anyday ;-]>
