[DeTomaso] Removing rear quarter windows

Perfect timing for those tips as I have been slowly disassembling the car 
and I kept looking at those windows trying to figure them out.
I could get a little movement by just pushing from the inside but the 
screwdriver carefully placed by the back corner with a towel protecting the 
paint and sssshhhhhhhhaaa..pop...... right out.  I found a dime size spot of 
rust on the front vertical edge of the drivers window but the passenger side 
was clean as a whistle.
(Note to self - never agree to a finger fight with Dave, he has hands of 
steel.)
