More details on the car--it is believed to be the actual car that was 
modified in a three-part series in Sports Car Graphic magazine, which 
radically improved its performance and handling.  It has a unique 
exhaust system consisting of speedboat-style headers which go up, 
instead of down, and the exhaust pipes exit straight back, over the top 
of the gearbox and out the rear grille.  Hall Pantera ´restored´it to a 
state of undriveability many years ago (hence the Hall wheels), its 
first outing resulted in an under-the-dash fire.  I don´t think he´s 
made much headway with the car, although it was briefly offered for 
sale.  It´s a beautiful car, in need of some fettling and some use.
