Yes, that is the SSBC rotor swap that I put up on the
www.panterasnorhtwest.com website and newsletter in March.  Done for less
than $250.

As I recall Parapantera in Portland says that 67 Mustang hub/rotor
assemblies are a direct replacement. The wheel studs would be American
thread though.
