[DeTomaso] Aluminum Brake Fittings

I have a local vendor that has sourced me 90 degree through-bulkhead brake
fittings for the rear of the Pantera so I can run the brake lines flush to
the insides of the fenders down to the T at the frame rail.  Problem is, the
pieces that they found for me are aluminum.  I have no experience with
aluminum brake fittings, and have spoken to more than one person who cringed
at the idea of aluminum being able to stand up to the pressures of a
high-perf brake system.

Anyone out there with experience using aluminum brake fittings?
