Sorry this is too late, Dave, but, our carbureted Pantera with
mechanical  
fuel pump uses a gas line insulating sleeve off a V-6 Fiero, that fits
the 351C 
perfectly. Have not had vapor lock in this century,  but I had the
multi-layer 
aluminized-fabric sleeve and saw no reason not to put it on. It could be

trimmed with scissors if req'd. FWIW- J DeRyke
