The owner of that car is on the PIBB and goes by the username 6642 (most likely the VIN of the car). 
  I don't know his name, but he's in Upstate NY and his email is rfitzp2782 at aol.com.  
  He's been seeking used parts to rebuild the car.  A noble and monumental effort indeed.
