[DeTomaso] clutch squeal

It may also be the pilot bushing should you not be running a bearing. I had
this issue two years ago. I also blame it on a potential misalignment of
the ZF input shaft to the crank centerline caused by line boring the main
journals on two occasions. Although, I never took measurements and, as
such, it remains a hypothesis. It may also have been aggravated by using a
ferrous bushing. In any event, I replaced the pilot bushing, lubed it well
and so far no more squeaky.
