Hi Larry

Yes, this is how I also remember them working. The flapper valves would work 
fine till they went through there first winter in Cleveland, come spring 
they would rust closed and the cars would run like crap with all that back 
pressure.

Good to have another Larry posting. Where is Young Larry?
