[DeTomaso] Line Locks

I don't think the line lock is the problem if it's used right...short term 
parking brake use while you're with the car.  The original parking brake set 
up isn't much better in most cars I've seen.  I can't imagine why anyone 
would park their car and leave it neutral.  That's the problem.
