[DeTomaso] Trailering Tiedown Points

No Larry,
They left the factory that way.  I call them pre-rusted for your driving
pleasure.  When I was a youngster I worked at a body shop for an old
Italian guy who was buddies with the old country.  And every year (at
least for the three that I worked there) we would receive several new
Ferraris shipped over for the New York auto show, and we would strip them
and repaint them properly for the show.  Because the original paint was
applied right over the rust, lead, dirt, bugs, and whatever got in the
way while they were painting them at the factory.
So yours is nothing special.
