[DeTomaso] NPC- Ring Fitting Tool in San Jose area?

Greetings all!

My new engine kit came with "file to fit" rings.  Does anyone have a ring grinder that I can borrow to resize my rings?    Normally I just use regular "throw 'em on" rings and check that they are not binding....but this kit came this way for some reason.

Hopefully I can find someone in the South Bay area rather than buy one for one job.
