Just for the record, when I referred to using the wheels to tie a car
down I was talking about looping an axle strap through a hole in the
wheel and forward to the trailer mounting point.  I was not referring to
the method of cinching a specially-designed tire strap straight down to
the floor which I think is by far the best solution if you have the
right trailer for the setup.
