Chris,
Look on the upright casting on the front and back inner corners you will see 
a small bump about 3/8" diameter. Use the heaviest hammer you can handle and 
whack those spots a couple of times and they should pop loose. I usually put 
some sort of bar that puts some upward pressure on the upper A arm to assist 
in this.
