You can download tools that allow you to reset the admin password.  I
haven't done it in a while, but it's usually possible.

Sorry, but I can't tell you how.  I just know you can do it.  If you know a
local Windows geek, he/she can probably get you up in less than an hour.

If logging on as administrator without a password doesn't work, try using
"sa" as the password.  
  However, rebuilding the entire OS from the OEM system discs would be the
best approach.
