Here's one of the best priced sources for safety wire I've found:

  They don't have the exact size you're looking for, but it's close enough.
   
  Someone posted a source last year (Aug or Sept I think) that caters to hot rodders and 
  racers, but their price was 3x the price of Aircraft Spruce for the same product.
