Yes, I think that is Blaine Carmena's car.  He lives on Vancouver Island, in
British Columbia, CA, and is member of Panteras Northwest.  He won our
people's choice award at the annual Birch Bay picnic.  His motor is a
twin-turbo intercooled 410 ci Windsor that he estimates is doing about 1000
HP.  He was on the dyno once before we met him.  At 4400 RPM he was pulling
560 HP and 640 ft lbs of torque, and he had 2500 RPMs to go, when you saw
him jump on the dyno and he shut it down.  Fantastic car.
