When I restored the MGB I had a similar problem. Weak wipers and not 
much replacement. I simply used a set from the hot rod suppliers. Easy 
to set up, flexibility in where to mount the motor. Parts available 
here. I plan on using the same system in the Pantera I am restoring now.
