[DeTomaso] Parking brake adjustments

It's not a matter of tolerance. A new rotor today is still balanced if you look closely, at least around here. The casting procedure will create an unbalanced part as the vents are slightly different. Some balance with this kind of weight, others grind or drill the rotor edge.

Grinding seems more reliable to me.
