[DeTomaso] Parking brake adjustment

The original (Girling?) design is self adjustable.

The reason that doesn't work on our cars is that the disc is slightly
oversize and the linkage (the rod with the spring wrapped around) from
the outer to the inner pad had to be bent to clear the disc, and this
makes the adjustment mechanism defunct. There is a little flat steel
tounge that is supposed to grip nut "B" and tighten the pads, but at
thye angle "B" is in after the modification, it just doesn't work any more.
