[DeTomaso] Parking brake adjustment

So there is no problem with putting a pair of pliers on "B" and cranking
down? Recommendations  as to what tool to use without damaging the nut?

B is the adjuster. It looks like the right pad in the pic has been rattling
around in the caliper for a while as the surface is not flat to match the
rotor face. Make sure you haven't overused A to preload the lever. That may
cause loss of lever travel.
