[DeTomaso] More Calif Smog Checks

Gotta ask now, anyone know if an 'average' Pantera can run thru one
of these and not get a smog notice ? And of course the second question,
accelerate hard, hit neutral, kill the engine and coast thru, then pop
in gear and go at the top of the onramp ?
