This is a GREAT, GREAT car.   In fact, I carry a photo of ONLY this car in my 
wallet to show people what a Pantera looks like.   (Arguably, now I should 
start carrying a photo of my own car, since I took great pains to essentially 
copy this car as much as possible, since I felt that it pretty much set the 
high-water mark for Panteras in my own personal judgement).

I find the car underpriced at $45K, but then again I haven't seen it in 
years.   Mechanically it has received numerous upgrades since I last saw it; if 
cosmetically it is unchanged, then he is giving the car away IMHO.

Doug--did you happen to offer it up to Gary Berger?   The previous owner, 
always regretted selling it, and now that he is living in Little Rock or some 
place like that, he has money in his pockets and could perhaps afford to buy it 
back, if he were so inclined.

I'm sad to see that Doug is selling this car--I have tried to convince him 
for years to keep it (and for years I was successful, no more, alas....)

Anybody who has a hankering for a perfect Pantera, need look no further.   
You won't be disappointed.   I would go so far as to say that I would heartily 
endorse the idea of buying this car sight unseen, since I know it so well.
