What kind of racks are these?   The early Panteras (through the late 1970s) 
used a British rack made by Cam Gears UK.   The later cars used a different 
rack, which was very similar, but internally different.   I believe the last 
racks were made by TRW.   They are assembled differently, and are difficult to 
service--but of course if they are new, they don't *need* service!   (At least 
not right away).   I believe even the new racks use a plastic bushing on the 
right side, which wears out in about 30,000 miles.

Please tell us more, and tell me if I am wrong about any of this?
