I wouldn't worry so much about the factory specs. Fill until the bubbles
clear in the sight glass and the low pressure stays within 25-40 psi and
make sure your high pressure side stays within 2-2.5x the ambient air temp.
If your numbers are off you have other problems to fix. Good luck, Mark
