[DeTomaso] Aftermarke taluminum finned valvecovers

Looking for a little insight on how to install a PCV device in the aluminum finned aftermarket valve covers that show up on Ebay regularily. I have a set and each has the round hole at one end that has two notches machined out that allows a twist in oil filler cap to be installed.  

A round grommet is not going to seal the notches when I install the factory PCV device.

Any guidance willl be appreciated.
